Your own fat extracted and purified from areas such as abdomen or thighs can be excellent volume filler for the breasts. All recent studies have indicated that it is a safe and predictable technique. It is possible to have a modest enhancement of 150-200cc in volume with fat grafting but patients desiring more volume may need another sitting in 3-6 month time. It is a good choice for you if you have concerns about implants being a foreign material as fat grafting provides good natural alternative.
